Eastern E-Store facilitates the supply and delivery of pharmaceutical materials, raw materials, and medical products in compliance with applicable regulatory standards.

Order processing time is typically 2–4 business days following confirmation and receipt of payment. This includes order verification, documentation, and packaging.

Delivery timelines are generally 7–15 business days from the date of dispatch; however, this may extend up to 30–40 business days depending on the destination, product classification, and regulatory clearance requirements.

All shipments are handled through approved logistics partners to ensure proper handling, especially for sensitive or regulated materials. International shipments are subject to customs regulations and local import laws of the destination country.

All applicable duties, taxes, and customs charges, if any, shall be borne by the customer.

Eastern E-Store shall not be held liable for delays caused by customs clearance, regulatory authorities, or unforeseen logistical disruptions. Tracking details will be shared upon dispatch.
