Return & Replacement Policy

Due to the regulated nature of pharmaceutical and chemical products, returns are accepted only under specific conditions.

Returns or replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery and are limited to cases where products are damaged in transit or incorrectly supplied.

Products must remain unused, in original sealed packaging, and stored under recommended conditions. Items that are opened, used, temperature-sensitive, or specially procured are not eligible for return.

All claims are subject to internal verification. Approved cases may be resolved through replacement or issuance of a credit note at the discretion of Eastern E-Store.
